TechMedia is an experienced end‐to‐end Digital Signage systems provider, offering complete system design, software, hardware, content, service and support. TechMedia is the local Australian distributor, sales and support office for the Scala Digital Signage Platform and iBase Digital Media player devices.
After learning how to use Scala Content Manager and Designer we created an online user guide for their clients to log into. Clients can select all of the pages to do with either Content Manager or Designer and they can search any topic via the search box.
After clicking through to a page (example below right: Workgroups) there is a step by step explanation on what to do along with links to other pages that relate to that topic.
Client: Visual Sounds
Visual Sounds is Australia’s longest established Music Video Company EST 1980. Licensed with all the major record companies. Suppliers of music DVD’s, Video CD’s and Audio CD’s for public performance to nightclubs, hotels, cafes, gyms, retail shops and restaurants throughout Australia. Visual Sounds is the Australian distributor, sales and support office for BCM Music Systems.
Visual Sounds branded their music system; Edge Music. It was very new technology at the time and was spot on to compete against Australia’s biggest competitor.
We worked with Visual Sounds and their overseas software partner assisting with technical and software improvements of the system to ensure it was user friendly and competitive to the market. Visual Sounds then needed to supply their clients with a Basic User Guide on how to use the Edge Music System. We created a Basic User Guide that is now supplied as a PDF file or a printed copy along with the delivery of the Edge Music Systems.
